I would describe myself as your typical dedicated, focused triathlete. However dedication and focus don't get you anywhere if you aren't training and recovering properly. Four years ago, I realised I wasn't getting the returns I thought I should. Then a friend who had started to see great results with working with Mark suggested I get in touch. Since then I have been coached by Mark. I have realised many goals I set out to achieve, such as winning my AG in the Regional Tri England league, and also reaching the AG World Championships, being part of the GB AG team competing in Chicago.

1 to 1 coaching isn't the only benefit of being coached by Mark. Team training and racing with the Mark White Coaching RT is absolutely fantastic. Surrounded by like minded people who are supportive and equally dedicated always bring out the best in everyone.

If you are thinking of contacting Mark, don't delay - you wont regret it.

Thanks for everything you have done for me. You have really help open my eyes to the sport and most of all, helped me overcome some barriers not only in sport but also in life! I can't thank you enough mate.

Had the best time of my life at my Ironman, hands down!!

I would recommend you to anyone for coaching.

Mark helped me to achieve my goal of qualifying  and racing a PB in Kona at the IronMan World Championships in 2013. Based on my previous results from my fairly un organised self training schedule, he felt I had what it took to qualify with a little help.

I’m so glad I met Mark as I think I may not have had another serious go at Ironman. He gave me the confidence in my abilities, trained me to fuel properly, rest properly and train properly. His schedule was interesting, motivating and most importantly took into account my time constraints re: work etc. His training was also gender specific which was refreshing. I found I didn’t need to do as many hours training as I thought, just more quality training.

I feel it’s important to say that Mark is genuinely interested in his athletes as a package, I was surprised to realise how much he knew about my race results when he started to train me, he really does do his home work. He’s easy to talk to and understand and doesn’t  baffle you with jargon. I have learnt a hell of a lot in the last couple of years from Mark which will remain part of my personnel routine throughout my life, whether I compete or not, it’s all valuable stuff that’s for sure

What can I say about Mark White...

Well his training worked very well for me, In my first season being coached I managed to get to Kona.. And then two more times after that.

I really enjoyed the personal touch Mark added to the training...

It always helps when you have a coach that you can see genuinely cares.

I owe a lot to Mark for taking me from a mid pack triathlete to a consistent Kona qualifier.

f you want to step it up a notch, Mark is your man!

For anyone looking to improve their triathlon performance and results this is the man to talk too.

A coach who is not only passionate about the sport but the people he coaches. He'll soon become much more than a coach as I found out, he's now a good friend.

His approach works, he's a multiple Kona qualifier and location is no problem as I live in Thailand.

Since I've been coached by Mark I've had PBs in every distance of triathlon I've taken part in, ranging from Sprint to Ironman as well as half and full marathon running distances.

I started Triathlon over twelve years ago persuaded by my pal Rich, we trained hard and at the time thought smart.

I hooked up with Mark four years ago were we started to build Smart plans for Ironman events like Nice, Henley and Weymouth and many middle distance events.

I was soon entering 5k swims and Various TT events which came as a surprise however Mark knows his Coaching and my Goals were soon in sight and Training Peaks was Tracking event step, miles and meter.

Mark is much more than a coach he’s a friend which makes the relationship more inline with an article Joe Friel recently posted; finding a good Coach Is like finding a good friend it’s difficult.

Long may the Mark White Coaching Race Team continue and thanks for the continued Coaching
